The Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD and Newman Smith High School would like to invite your band to compete in the 17th Annual Tournament of Champions Marching Contest on Saturday, October 15th, 2011.
The TOC is a prelims / finals format where some of the most respected adjudicators in their field will judge your band in music, marching, general effect, as well as captions for Drum Major, Percussion and Color Guard. Bands are grouped according to size and awards are given for:

Outstanding Music
Outstanding General Effect
Outstanding Color Guard
Outstanding Percussion
Outstanding Drum Major
Finalist Places 5 - 10
1st - 4th Place
Your band will compete in state of the art Standridge Stadium in Carrollton. Centrally located in the heart of the DFW Metroplex. Standridge Stadium is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and hotels. In addition, our outstanding booster organization offers on-site catering for any size group.
